Delivery & Collection:

Mornings: Open every day 10.00am - 12.00 midday

Evenings: (Monday to Friday inclusive) 5.00pm - 6.00pm

Please note we are closed Saturday and Sunday afternoons

We are closed all Bank Holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. 

We are only open in the morning on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Your pet will be looked after to the best of our ability and get lots of attention and cuddles. If you would we do offer extra services as stated below. Prices are per day, can be administered daily, every other day or whatever you require. If you have any questions please ask.

Prices per day for Rabbits & Guinea Pigs and most small pets:
Up to 2 Rabbits etc: £10.50 ex. Vat (£12.60 inc. VAT)
3 Rabbits etc: £14.00 ex. Vat (£16.80 inc. VAT)
4 Rabbits etc: £17.50 ex. Vat (£21.00 inc. VAT)

VACCINATION CERTIFICATES MUST BE SHOWN ON ARRIVAL

Please sign and return this form. Every care is taken with your pets, which are accepted solely at the owner’s risk. Prices quoted apply at time of writing and could be subject to change. RABBITS, GUINEA PIGS & most small pets. £10.50 + vat per day for up to 2 pets. 50% discount for every pet from the same family that are sharing & 10% discount for 21 days or more. Prices are per day and a full days board is charged for the day of arrival, we no longer charge for day of departure as long as it's before 12.00 midday. All other type of pets will be done on a P.O.A. system. Bank holidays are charged at double the normal rate with Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day charged at double the normal rate.We now take most major debit/credit cards.

When we receive your booking form, we will email you back with confirmation details. If you do not receive any confirmation from us, you must call us on 01371 870147 to ensure we have your booking.

SMALL ANIMAL DEPOSIT

We have now changed our deposit system, the deposit is now 3 days boarding up front, based on 1 small animal occupancy (unless the stay is for 2 days or less and then it will be charged according to the length of the stay. To secure the hutch please could you immediately pay £25.20 by a bank transfer to confirm the booking or if you don't do online banking then please ring up on 01371870147 in the morning to pay the deposit over the phone by debit card. THE CATTERY IS ONLY SECURED ONCE THE BOOKING FORM IS RECEIVED & DEPOSIT IS PAID. (Deposits over Christmas are charged at double rate).

This deposit is a non-returnable and non-transferable deposit unless 28 day’s written notice is given, and if the cancellation is within 28 days the deposit will be used as a cancellation fee.

To secure the kennel please could you pay £78.00 by a bank transfer to confirm the booking or if you don't do online banking then please ring up on 01371870147 in the morning to pay the deposit over the phone by debit card. THE KENNEL IS ONLY SECURED ONCE THE BOOKING FORM IS RECEIVED & DEPOSIT IS PAID. (Deposits over Christmas are charged at double rate).

CATTERY DEPOSIT

We have now changed our deposit system, the deposit is now 3 days boarding up front, based on 1 cat occupancy (unless the stay is for 2 days or less and then it will be charged according to the length of the stay. To secure the cattery please could you immediately pay £54  by a bank transfer to confirm the booking or if you don't do online banking then please ring up on 01371870147 in the morning to pay the deposit over the phone by debit card. THE CATTERY IS ONLY SECURED ONCE THE BOOKING FORM IS RECEIVED & DEPOSIT IS PAID. (Deposits over Christmas are charged at double rate).
