Wow Martin, now thats what I call service! I can tell that you are primarily concerned with the wellbeing of Penny. That is so lovely.
Thanks a million
Many thanks for the pictures. It looks like Ralph had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back this weekend.
Would like to thank you for looking after Pluto and Roxy for the last 10 days. They were both extremely happy to be home and did not leave our sides for a moment but they were themselves if not a bit better behaved and Pluto's rash was completely gone. Happy healthy dogs!!
So thank you very much again and we will definitely be back.
Just like to say a big thank you to all the staff who looked after Lou and Oz over the xmas / New Year - they looked fitter and were extremely happy. Many thanks we will use you again and recommend you.

Just a quick email saying thank you. Your kennels are superb and our dogs are not only happy but healthier for being there. We'd like to enquire as to what food you fed them? It may be helpful for keeping their weight down. Our lab, Lucy, looks fabulous and we'd like to continue her weight loss then control. Also, can you tell me if Girlfriend was active whilst in your care? She's galloping and playing now. She's not done that for a long time. Again, thank you for your caring and having such a fantastic place for us to house our family members whilst we're on holiday. It's like they were on holiday too!

We have two Westies and we have historically been nervous about leaving them or entrusting them to others. Having been recommended to Duck End we were still very concerned when we dropped the dogs off for their first stay but we needn't have worried. The dogs love visiting "Uncle Martin" and it is joyous to watch their faces as they realise where they are going and how they love being in the outside enclosures having fun with the other "runners"! We have found the fees charged by Duck End to be no more expensive than any other kennels in North Essex but when it comes to the dogs' well-being nothing is too good and in our view Duck End is as good as it gets and over the last 6 years has consistently provided excellent care at all times of the year.
Our dog Daisy has been holidaying with Martin for the last 8 years. I know she enjoys it because when Martin brings her home she sniffs round the house while Martin informs me of her stay then when he goes to leave she's at the front door ready to go back with him! Our puppy Westie joined Daisy last year and it is obvious he enjoys himself as well. Knowing this enables me to go on holiday and not worry about the dogs. Martin obviously takes an interest in the dogs in his care because he will often relate incidents of what my two have been up to. He is always very obliging and tries his hardest to fit them in when we want to pop away for a few days last minute.I've never tried another kennels but now I wouldn't want to!
Our dogs enjoy their stays at Duck End enormously and although I doubt our dogs' loyalty, it is nice to see them bound up to Martin and his team. The staff are very accommodating and nothing seems to be too much trouble. We would certainly recommend Duck End Kennels.
We left Monty the Bassett and MrC the Bombay black for 8 weeks earlier this year. It was the first time for both, both are neurotic and clingy animals and we were really anxious about it. We were completely thrilled and reassured by the experience when we collected two very healthy and happy boys. We're even a tiny bit miffed as suspect that Monty would rather be back there with his chums and all the attention he obviously got. We will have absolutely no hesitation in taking them to Duck End Farm again and again.
Twix, Ruby and Jess, my 3 labs, stay regularly at the kennels - in fact Twix has been going for 14 years!! They absolutely love it and always bound up to Martin when they arrive! All the staff there are really caring and so obviously love dogs. Would recommend Duck End Kennels highly enough.
Zoom, our 5 year old springer spaniel stayed at Duck End Farm last year. She had a great time, she was very happy and relaxed when we picked her up! Zoom and I recommend Duck End Farm and Zoom looks forward to her next holiday there in the summer x x
