Your pet will be looked after to the best of our ability and get lots of attention and cuddles. If you are nervous about your pet staying we do offer extra services as stated below. Prices are per day, can be administered daily, every other day or whatever you require. If you have any questions please ask. There will be a small charge for administering medication where necessary.

VACCINATION CERTIFICATES MUST BE SHOWN ON ARRIVAL

Heating is done by a heat lamp and is included within the price, also included in the price is beds, bedding, bowls and food (if specific diets are required then generally it is best to bring the food with you. Please sign and return this form with £30 (non-refundable) DEPOSIT, for every cattery that is booked. Bookings over the Christmas are £60 for every cattery. Every care is taken with your pets, which are accepted solely at the owner’s risk.

Prices quoted apply at time of writing and could be subject to change. CATS £13.00 + V.A.T. per day. 50% discount for extra cats from the same family sharing a chalet & 10% discount for 21 days or more. Prices are per day and a full days board is charged for the days of arrival, we don't charge for day of departure as long as it's before 12.00 midday. Bank holidays are charged at double the normal rate with Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day also charged at double the normal rate. ALL PRICES ARE EXCLUSIVE OF V.A.T. We now take most major debit/credit cards.

Customers are welcome to request a picture of their pet on Facebook or Twitter whilst they are on holiday and we will do our best to put one up on the same or next day for them.

When we receive your booking form, we will email you back with confirmation details. If you do not receive any confirmation from us, you must call us on 01371 870147 to ensure we have your booking.
