| ANY PERSON ENTERING THE KENNELS
DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK, IF YOU ARE ACCOMPANIED BY CHILDREN YOU MUST KEEP
THEM UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES. There are signs at the kennels
that specify which areas you may enter, but if in doubt please ask one
of the staff and they will be pleased to advise you.
FEES. All fees are charged by the day, to include the
day of arrival and the day of departure. Fees quoted do not include V.A.T.
and this will be charged at the rate prevailing at the time of payment
and will be added to the fees quoted. Fees are payable either in advance
or on departure as agreed at the time of booking. The total fees
for the agreed amount of time must be paid in full even if the pet is
collected early, unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking.
All Bank Holidays are double the normal rate except for Christmas Day,
Boxing Day and New Year’s Day which are treble the normal rate.
EXTRA SERVICES. These will be priced
separately and added to the final account.
DEPOSITS. For DOGS a deposit of £25
must be paid at the time of booking. (Christmas
period £50 deposit is required). For
CATS a deposit of £20 must be paid at the time of booking. (Christmas
period £40 deposit is required). For SMALL ANIMALS a deposit
of £10
must be paid at the time of booking. (Christmas
period £20 deposit is required). Deposits
are non refundable.
PAYMENTS. The payment for boarding
fees and other services may only be made by cash, or cheque supported
by a Bankers Card.
VACCINATIONS. All pets accepted
for boarding must be accompanied by a current Vaccination Certificate.
Dogs must also have a current Kennel Cough (Bordetella Bronchiseptica)
vaccination certificate. Please can you also make sure your dog has been
wormed recently and have had one form or another of flea control.
VETS FEES. If the Kennels are liable for the vets fees the fees
will be paid direct. If this is not the case any Veterinary fees incurred
during the boarding period may be billed directly to you by your vet,
or sometimes, may be billed by our vet if for some reason it is not possible
to use your vet, but is the responsibility of the client and must be
paid at the time of settling the boarding fees.
BELONGINGS. We supply
beds and bedding but if you insist on bringing your pets own bedding
from home, unfortunately we cannot guarantee it’s safe return along with
any toys that might accompany your pet, all belongings left on the premises
are left entirely at the clients risk. Any bedding and sleeping beds must
be in a clean and parasite free condition. Any belongings that are soiled
during the boarding period may have to be destroyed. All carriers, beds,
bedding and toys must be clearly marked with the clients name and the
pets name.
PETS FROM THE SAME FAMILY SHARING. 30% discount
will be given for every additional animal sharing a kennel
and for every additional cat sharing a chalet. An extra 10% discount
is given for a stay of 21 days or more. Every care will be given
to the welfare and safety of all pets boarded, but all pets are boarded
entirely at the clients risk.
If your pet passes away whilst in our care, we will
do our utmost to have the body frozen so that you can make any decisions
on your return, as to Cremation, Burial and Post Mortems. Unfortunately,
the cost if any will have to be added to your bill.
If I fail to collect my pet/pets
within 14 days of the due date of collection, I give the owner of the
above business the authority to re home or dispose of my pets without
further reference to me, provided that I have not made arrangements over
the telephone or in writing for the boarding period to be extended.
